kinda alright

first of all the picture advertising the hotel on hotels.com does not represent the hotel's environment whatsoever. Ther are no more palm trees in front of the hotel , nor any strolling path. I would say its misleading. the hotel is old and needs to be refurbished. The employees are doing their best but the hotel is under staffed.The restaurant i use for breakfast is like a mortuary zone in the morning . The quality of the food is not that high with croissant 100 % pure margarine ....In a word the employees are doing their best .

very horrible experience to stay in this hotel

Very pathetic hotel. all over night club lot of voice comes in room. no comfort at all. never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Staff are very unprofessional they don't know how to talk with customer. dirty hotel. never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel

Noise is the main problem. I was on the 8th floor and I could hear the music from the club on the 2nd floor until 3-3:30am. The bed was comfy but the pillows are big and hard.

Comfortable clean room

Comfortable clean room. The dinner buffet needs to be improved upon. Staff was very courteous and helpful specially Adel at the reception. Adequate paid parking available.
