une nuit à Holliday Inn

Nous y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit mais le petit déjeuner était très bon et l'hôtel et la chambre sont très propres mais point négatif le wifi qui marchait très bien dans le hall et les couloirs était quasiment inexistant dans notre chambre.

Bad service and bad experience

I booked room with sofa bed and they didn’t give me and they offer me a crib bed for one year old kid and my child is six years old !!!!!! It the worst experience ever with old dated furniture

Needs the rain shower head in the bathroom because the tub has only half a glass. A standing shower could have been better. Someone might trip on the high tub wall.

Overall a good experience & friendly staff

It was a pleasant stay for whole family. The hotel had let us late checkout. Couple of cons we had to choose on smoking floor as the non smoking Suite was under maintenance. Some of the furnitures had some stains on them.

Our room was perfect and always nicely made up and spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast with all of the choices and the personalized and friendly service Particularly Ratin and Binah! We made use of the gym and pool and while small, they are well kept and everything we needed. The location works well and the underground parking was very handy.
