We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. All staff were friendly and polite and were more than accommodating. The room was clean and well organised and many facilities were provided for an excellent price such as washing machine, microwave, cutlery and plates and sink. As someone who doesn't like to use strange bathrooms, this one was clean and I felt really comfortable using all the facilities in it. We slept well and check out was smooth. Taxis were provided from the hotel straight to the airport to catch our connecting flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

الفندق جيد نوعاً ما ولكن مشكلته في الهاوس كيبينج لا يقومون بالتنظيف بشكل جيد ولا يعيدون تعبئة الشاي و السكر او الماء و ايضاً لا يتم اعادة وتغيير المناشف في دورة المياه

It was not bad except that the music was kind of too loud and disturbing from the club on the ground floor.

Great experience, hotel has all the amenities, the staff were quite friendly and always were available for any requests. I want to especially call out Anant who has been extremely helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

فندق جميل كانك في بيتك ، عملوا لي ترقية لانه طلبي لم يكن متوفر سريعين في تسجيل الدخول والخروج خدمة صف السيارات ممتازة الفندق شرح الذي لم يعجبني ، وجود نمل صغير جدا في دورة المياة رائحة الممر ازعاج من الملهى الليلي شاشة التلفاز مشوشة

All-round Excellent Hotel

Pour : Buffet breakfast, spa, gym, location, staff, room...basically everything.
Contre : Can't think of anything.
Emplacement : The grande mosque, downtown Abu Dhabi, The louvre museum, jogging in Khalifa Park etc.
Unknowingly we got one of the suites on the second floor and I just have to say those 'apartments' are pretty neat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, the living room is perfect for a family gathering and the bedroom and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym has pretty much every machine you can think of and the spa is probably one of the best I have been in. The complimentary sauna/steam room use is a great bonus as well. As a part of our hotel booking we requested the buffet breakfast and it was pretty good. Extremely busy an hour prior to closing but there is absolutely no way anyone would leave there without feeling stuffed and happy. As a vegan, I also found a lot of great food options from fruit to breads to jams, peanut butter, and salads. Definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would no doubt stay here again.
