This was a waste of money i would like evey cent that i spent here to be refunded......they said breakfast included but yet then said it was not when i was there i asked them to clean the room they said that thst only clean once a day the i also asked them for a bowl and spoon because i wanted to make corn flakes they said they cant give me let me not get started on the wifi password requirements

Good day ma'am. We apologise that you were left feeling like this. Our staff at the restaurant did not notice that you were not served breakfast. We have your used breakfast cards which indicates that you were served. Could you please shed further light on this so that we can make amends. On the tidying up of your room, the housekeeper on duty and the front desk staff will be properly sanctioned for the negligence. Please accept our apologies.
