The staff were very kind and attentive. The property needs attention. The pool was not swimmable due to green algae. There was mold in the bathrooms, and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The toilet surround smelled like urine in 2 of the rooms. The last room I was in the water steamer for hot drinks had little white worms. I think the property owners need to step it up! Oh last, I didn’t use the gym at all because the attendant was incredibly rude!

We want to assure you that the green colour of the pool was not due to negligence or poor maintenance, but rather because the pool was undergoing routine maintenance and cleaning at the time and this process usually leaves the water green for some period of time, we assure you that our pool is safe and clean for our guest. Also, the house keeping and maintenance are on deep room cleaning especially the toilets to ensure that there are no molds and all the water steamer have been sterilized and properly washed to ensure cleanliness and we also apologise for the poor service you received from our gym attendant and are following up with continuous training on our staff to ensure that our guest receive the good service and courtesy they deserve. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Not a Good Hotel for the Price

When I booked online and showed up at the hotel they tried to tell me that there weren’t any rooms left and asked me to cancel. They then were able to find a room after I started talking to hotels.com customer service. The room was smaller than what is in the pictures, not as clean and not as modern. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain and there was no remote for the tv. It’s probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for this price point. Your money is better spent going somewhere else.

Had a great experience, was checked into a good spacious room. The staffs were cautious and well mannered. Left with a good taste on my lips
