Disappointing Customer Service
Posted Apr. 2, 2024 on HotelsWe booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation

The living area was very dusty and mosquito infested. With the amount of money paid, they didn’t offer breakfast buffet. Their food was horrible too!!

Do pay in advance for the management adds whatever to the agreed price, i was charged 40 additional dollars,they could not process my visa credit card or Mastercard debit so i was forced to paying cash

If you think staying in an apartment is better than an hotel in Abuja, that is certainly not so for these apartments. Both in terms of the facility and what they charge, you are much better off in a standard hotel. The staff were however quite pleasant.

Pleasant stay
Posted Nov. 18, 2023 on HotelsOverall a nice stay. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are a little run down. Staff was really pleasant and professional and went the extra miles to help. Bad experience with the restaurant and terrible buffet breakfast, but that can be improved.
