The air conditioning wasn't working and the maintenance kept insisting it was ok. WIFI was epilept Service was very slow but staff were quite pleasant.

Avoid!

Contre : Hotel service, cleanliness.
Emplacement : Only travel to Abuja for business.
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Even though the hotel was booked and paid for via Expedia, when I arrived at the hotel, they insisted that there was no booking and that I must have done something wrong. The hotel was clearly overbooked and therefore tried to make out that no booking had been made. Once I got Expedia to speak to them, they finally admitted that there was in fact a booking.

No Internet, poor service not ideal for business

Nice hotel, good for locals but not for business travellers. Internet connection was very poor (basically it is not working) rooms are nice and big and also good pool bar area but rest is not good! Poor customer service by reception staff, bathroom has broken tiles and water is not hot/cold water not working properly. Toilet had a water leak.. food is rubbish!! Basically, I won't stay there again.. Big NO!!
