We stayed 5 nights. I confirmed our reservation multiple times , even up to a day before. When we arrived we were informed they had no rooms available but offered us an entire villa at their sister resort next door. We stayed at the villa for one night but it didn’t have ocean view so the following day they offered us a room in the hotel we originally booked. Beautiful view from hotel , and they cleaned it daily. For the all inclusive deal there is only one buffet that is included and the pool bar that serves snacks such as burgers, hotdogs. The pools were great. The buffet was small but they changed menu every meal so plenty of food options. Service at the buffet was excellent! No one spoke English not like when we traveled to Cabo or Cancun. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is no hot water in shower just luke warm. The villa on the other have had 4 bathrooms with hot showers. We recommend visiting island Roqueta , playa caleta and our favorite was Puerto Marquez good swimming beaches no waves. Also if u walk 5 mins south to the rocks past hotel Emporio less waves and good to swim especially in the morning

Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!!

I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent. I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.

Never booking through expedia again. The property has beds like rocks and music playing so loud it’s imposible to sleep. Neither Expedia or the hotel cared about me, only about their deal, and kept my money even when I canceled the rest of my stay very early after my first night. Esmeralda Prrez, worst manager.

I had high hopes for this resort, but was immediately disappointed on arrival. There were about 5 bell men at their desk, and even though they saw me struggling with getting my heavy luggage down, no one provided their assistance, they just continued to stand there and look. The service staff at the restaurant were a hit or miss. Some looked bothered when you asked for certain things while other where pleasant. The drink, very disappointing! Nothing tasted right!

First of all , I didn’t like the fact that the employees there do not care about their guests. They have attitudes. The bar at the pool stopped serving drinks before the closing time. The food was horrible. The Italian restaurant made us wait 2 hrs and 32 minutes after been seated to serve us the main meal. And to top it of my room’s ac was not working properly the first day. On the last day my security box didn’t want to open and the front desk didn’t didn’t answer my call. I had to come down twice from room 2514 to get help. I almost missed my flight. Will never stay here again.
