Not worth the price.
A/C in the room did not work reported 3 times and they never fix it. Staff is rude and stays rude. The pool is nice. I was given the wrong room at check in, and again the staff is not very helpful. I read the reviews and it has lots of 10's but this place is not higher than a 6.

Es la tercera ves q me quedo en este hotel por q me gustaba mucho pero ahora tuve la mala experiencia q no puedo usar la alberca de infinito q por q tenía q pagar $250 pesos mas y luego en el restaurante q no me dejaron pasar por q traía una blusa corta y luego no servía el agrre acondicionado y no todos los trabajadores eran amables no recibí ni mi recibo y ise el reclamo y me salen con una excusa ahora si quede desepcionada de este hotel mi prima de quiere casa en este hotel pero le diré mi experiencia para q mejor busque otro
