propre mais bruyant et loin du centre ville

un hotel tres eloigné du centre ville, cela devient vite compliqué et cher en taxi lorsqu'on souhaite se deplacer en ville. Propre et personnel serviable mais proche de la route. Mal insonorise c assez bruyant.

Disappointment

The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day

The property looked nice in the pictures and it was very misleading to what i saw at the hotel, the cup when they offered us drinks had mould we didnt get to eat at the hotel the rooms the bathroom was dirty we told them to clean it, the bedsheets were dirty the internet was non existent when in the room we had to come out of the room to actually get internet, we changed rooms and the internet was still not working. The pool was dirty the only time it was clean when the manager was having his party i wasted money on this hotel i would never stay here again at all they need to take down the pictures as its very misleading. I should of paid what i thought the stay was worth like on the programme four in the bed. Their hospitality was wack, they had works going on in the hotel and nothing was getting sorted leaks coming in from the rain into our room, they had a generator and they never put it on when the rain was falling and the lights cutting out. The back up generator was not working either the people there were nice but i would never stay here again i give it 1 star out of 5. Please do not stay at this hotel i booked for 2 weeks but ending my stay to check out in 3 days because of the way the hotel was running.

This hotel is GARBAGE, the pictures posted don't reflect the facility at all. The pool is dirty, there are holes in the ceiling upstairs, the drain in our shower was slow as hell, AC didn't work, wifi was a joke, bed hard as a rock, COMPLETE SCAM! Even the property manager told me the pictures on Expedia were old and they need to do renovations. I asked for a refund after only staying 1 night in this filth and was told no, completely unfair so I will be filing a lawsuit. Please don't waste your time or money booking here!

The staff was very nice, and the view was perfect. The my group stayed in the suite. The shower/bathtub was weird and set up unusual. We had an issue where when bathing we would get electrocuted a little but we told the staff about the issue. They had an electrician look at it, but it stayed the same. Breakfast was simple but good. Restaurant was overpriced and took a long time. Walls were dirty, room dusty, but overall an ok hotel. Around 40 minutes to the nearest airport. Make sure you're aware that the water in the room is not free. The put 24 bottles in our room and we used half of them, but wanted us to pay for all 24, which is 48 cedis. Needs some work but pretty ok.

The décor in my room was nice for me. Many may not like it. I loved the balcony too. The hotel needs work doing it. However rest assured that if you need anything fixing the staff are very supportive and on hand to meet your needs. Things are changing for the better so don't rule it out.

The only unique thing is the hotel was bad so disappointed that I paid that amount I couldn’t even sleep 😡
