I like the staff, they are so helpful and take good care of me and my belongings. Clean rooms and nice surroundigs.

Stay Away!

Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment.
They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com.
I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare.

This place is okay until something doesn't work, then staff seems to have no jurisdiction to change anything. Owner is uncaring and lacks customer service skills. I was kept five hours waiting to check in and no apology or adjustment of payment was given.

A wonderful Hostel that truly is "a home away from home"! This was my second time here, and I would go there again! I stayed two weeks both times. They have upscaled it since last time, change windows and repaint the walls. They also have more rooms. The staff is wonderful and take very good care of me and my things. I highly recomend @Home Boutique and Hostel. The surroundings is calm and friendly and close to Oxfordstreet.
