Worst hotel I've ever visited in my life.
Publié le 8 nov. 2019 sur HotelsThe room was slightly larger than a coffin. The entrance to the shower was about 3 feet wide, I am not a large man but had to squeeze through the opening. When using the sink, water would run out from the base and, since the floor was not level, the water would run out of the bathroom and pool at the side of the bed. There was no hot water at all and I specifically requested that there be hot water prior to booking. The towel (yes, only one) was as rough as sandpaper. No refrigerator in the room and limited availability to get cold water. I would only recommend this hotel to someone I really dislike.

Dear Brian,
thank you for your review, we apologize for your bad experiences. but first of all we operate a hostel and not a hotel and when you check our website we haven't advertise any refrigerator in any of our rooms.
secondly, you booked for a single room which comes with one towel per day.
thirdly, i spoke with you with regards to the hot water issue and that we would change the room, but you decline saying you would have asked for a room swap only if you were staying for a longer period, since it was just a night it was Ok.
All the above issues raised is well noted, management will surely work on it.

Overpriced

Handy budget hotel

Pour : Good value for young travellers wanting to share a dorm
Contre : Quality of private rooms given the price
Emplacement : Very little in the area but taxis are cheap to get to the modern city centre or old town.
This hostel is geared more for independent young travellers wanting cheap accommodation and as such offers good value for money in shared dorms (my daughter had a bed in a dorm). However, their private rooms are over-priced for the quality and service provided. I had to ask for a towel and there was a leak coming from the bathroom into the bedroom.
The staff were OK and breakfast was reasonable but I think there are better value options available.

Ett enkelt herberge egentlig. .

Pour : Det var nok gratis Wi-Fi. Alt i alt som jeg forventet av et hostel.
Contre : Vurdert som hotell så kan vel alt forbedres.
Emplacement : Ligger sentralt, og man kommer lett rundt i byen og til stranda. Taxi, minibusser eller bare beina.
Et enkelt hostel. Tatt greitt imot.Ingen luksus, men rommet hadde det nødvendige.Seng, bord, stol, toalett og dusj,samt air condition som fungerte greit. Enkel frokost men tilstrekkelig mengde og variasjon. Har også sovesaler.
