Service agréable et personnel très aimable

Un cadre reposant, belle chambre Petit déjeuner agréable, Personnel très accueillant . Ma femme et moi avons apprécié notre séjour. Cependant la propreté de la plage est à décrier . Mais ce défaut est en partie corrigé par la présence d'une très belle Piscine. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir .

Hôtel trop loin du centre ville

Jai choisi le RAMADA pour mon voyage à Accra parce que je m'attendais à recevoir le même niveau de service que le Ramada à Djeddah. - trop éloigné du centre ville - la chambre était poussiéreuse - pas d'eau chaude - pas de wifi dans la chambre Toutes ces raison m'ont amener à quitter cet hôtel dès le lendemain de mon arrivée alors que je devais y passer 3 nuits(1 seule nuit a été effectuée dans cet hôtel)

Fantastisk anlegg med god tilgang til strand og fint sted å sitte å se utover sjøen. God pizza. De reklamerte med frokostbuffet, vi fikk en frokostmeny, men selv på den manglet ting som f.eks. yoghurt. Det kom ikke mens vi var der, selv om vi ga tydelig beskjed om at det var ønsket. Krana på badet virket ikke. Det hjalp ingenting å si fra..

A Ghost Hotel

This hotel is a joke!! I, my niece and sister-in-law, checked in midnight on August 17th and checked back out early morning on August 18th. The only reason that we spent the night at this hotel is because we, literally, had nowhere to go at midnight in Ghana. We were absolutely helpless. I really believe that the hotel is no longer in operation. There are no lights in the lobby, the front desk is not managed, no one answers the phones, the decorative water fountains surrounding the hotel (on the hotel grounds) are all inoperative. The so-called swimming pool was dark and murky and did not seem to have been cleaned or used in years!! There seems to be no one working in the hotel. I could not find a maid to change the dirty linen. The door to the room would not open; the gentleman (in jeans and T-shirt) who was manning the front desk, sent a scary, suspicious security guard to my room to fix the lock on the door. The hotel seems to be completely deserted; I saw no other residents during the short (less than 24 hour period) that I stayed there. I was afraid for my life; my niece and sister-in-law were completely terrified. It was like we were staying at a deserted spook house that had not been maintained for years. The local area was a dump. Couldn't wait to check out the very next morning!!!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I thought they had a power cut while we were there but they had not paid their electric bill. They did move us to a different hotel which was lovely and more like the hotels i am used to staying at.

Disappointing

The hotel is going downhill. The rooms are small. First 2 days at breakfast the room wasn't open and had to go find the staff to put a breakfast together. The bar didn't have anything to make cocktails. The food is mediocre. We asked for rollaway beds & confusion with this has caused me [along with the other issues listed above] to decide to never use this hotel again.

Extremely unhappy with the stay.wifi did not work for all the days I stayed.had to purchase a private Internet WiFi connection.bad spread of breakfast for what you guys are charging me on the room rent.never felt comfortable for the time I was there
