L'hôtel est soigné avec de bons équipements. Le personnel doit faire mieux car les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées la plupart du temps et les draps ne sont pas changés régulièrement.

Excellent place to stay

I must say, this small hotel is truly excellent. The rooms exude luxury in every aspect. From the furnishings to cleanliness and overall comfort, I had no complaints whatsoever. While I found the water heater to be a bit temperamental, considering Ghana's hot and humid climate, I didn't mind foregoing warm showers. In fact, the refreshing coolness may have even contributed to shedding a few pounds! Regarding the road in front of the hotel, it seems to be a common issue in many places across Ghana. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience. All things considered, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My experience with all the staff members were excellent. A very professional staff. The only hiccup worth mentioning is that I opted to check out a day early, yet I wasn't refunded for the unused day. I also wanted to use the unused day for another day after checkout (because I had to return back to Accra for my return flight). That was also refused by the manager. I did not like that! It would be appreciated if the manager /hotel was more mendable in situations like these. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers without hesitation.

I am highly disappointed in the Hotel and Expedia. First, when I was about to book I saw in their site that the hotel is eleven minutes drive to the center, however, on getting there the hotel is located in a remote area with bad road. I am the only guest in the hotel for majority part of my stay. Also, the television has no foreign channel like CNN, BBC new or even Al jazeera even though they told me that majority of their guests are foreigners. I used to spend 100 to 120 Cedis to get to town everyday. The hotel has no security. Overall my experience was terrible. I can not recommend the hotel to anyone.

We are going to be brutally honest here, and call a spade a spade.This is a very dishonest person and a liar too. No where have we stated that we are 11 minutes to the center of Accra. When this guest booked, and before arrival, he texted us to ask the distance to Kimpinski Hotel. We texted back to inform that it's about 7 miles, and he agreed to be picked up from Airport for 20. Why turn around and come and lie here?Guest choose to book a Standard Room for 29, while 4 other higher-priced room types and more amenities were made available to him but he refused.to pay more for them. You can't just pay for the cheapest room and yet demand to have premium things for free!Very dishonest and cheap individual! He even refused the option to pay more to be transferred to our Airport location Hotel.It is regrettable host such a guest!Why didn't you choose to stay at Kimpinski Hotel and pay 350 to watch BBC there?

Very comfortable place but the location on the google map should be corrected to avoid first timers getting lost

Staff was kind and helpful. Had to switch my dates before i arrived. I was told that it was switched. When i arrived they said that i had to pay again. TV broken, Air broken. I want a refund. The owner would not come to the phone. He is a thief and dishonest. They feel americans are rich and tried to take advantage

We never take advantage of people, never! And we never treat nationals differently. Rather, we follow through with agreements and common understandings reached. Those who want to bend around and set their OWN rules and try to get everything for FREE, may not always get their way!A week earlier your agent by name Kobby contacted by Whatsapp text-message to request a change to a restrictive reservation. We explained that we cannot reschedule the reservation because of unavailability, so either the dates are used or the guest should contact Expedia for help. Instead of doing that, the guest showed up 3 good days after the original reservation has elapsed and has become a no-show, demanding to sleep for free because a low-level staff has told her something different, and not even in writing!After willingly agreeing to pay for the next two nights, that amounts to cheating an American, even though you were earlier told in writing to contact Expedia if you thought you were going to be a no-show!Which American hotel can you manipulate this way?
