Beautiful house and views

Our only issue was that the villa was advertised as a 5 bedroom house and we only had three bedrooms available to us. My two sons who are over six feet tall needed to share a bed. The owner said that we only had seven people and it is based on number of people. This was not expressed anywhere in the booking and when we booked, the price was based on days rented. He ultimates opened one of the rooms downstairs but it was still not the 5 bedrooms advertised.

Beautiful spot

My only concern was the was the property was advertised, it says 6 bedrooms. We had access to 3. When I asked the owner he stated the number of people that are staying determines your access to the downstairs bedrooms. That was not stated anywhere. My grandson had to,sleep in the living room. So that was disappointing. I would recommend getting clarification when booking. Truly is a beautiful spot.

Moderne Villa mit schönem Garten und Blick aufs Meer
Publié le 24 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayWir hatten den Hauptteil (EG und 1. OG) des Hauses gemietet. Hier befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder im OG sowie Küche und großes Wohn-Esszimmer im EG. Direkter Zugang zum großen und sehr gepflegten Garten mit Pool. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Terrasse ist inzwischen überdacht. Zudem separater Grillplatz. Alles in gehobenem italienischen Standard.
Wir hatten 10 entspannte und sonnige Tage Mitte Oktober. Gastgeber extrem hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
Auto zwingend erforderlich, da das Anwesen erhöht und etwas abseits liegt. Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Speziellen Dank an Joseph, unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Location a 5 stelle

La pulizia impeccabile i servizi forniti dalla struttura eccellenti e di altissima qualità.
Consiglio vivamente questa location per godersi delle vacanze con molta privacy e soprattutto in un ma villa meravigliosa.
Grazie infinite ritorneremo presto!

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft mit viel Platz
Publié le 18 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWir (13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht.
Schon bei der Anreise nahm uns der Eigentümer persönlich in Empfang und erklärte alles.
Positiv war auch, dass im Untergeschoss 2 Wohnungen mit separatem Zugang waren. Somit hatten die Familien mit Kinder ihr eigenes Reich und konnten sich bei Bedarf auch zurückziehen.
Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Der Rasen war trotz 40 Grad sehr grün und wurde jede Nacht bewässert.
Pool war sauber und groß genug für so viele Personen
Auch für die Kinder wurde uns auf Nachfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein weitere Kinderbett gebracht.
Der Eigentümer war jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich.
Wir behalten die Unterkunft in sehr guter Erinnerung und können diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Incantevole casa e premuroso proprietario
Publié le 19 déc. 2019 sur HomeAwayCasa nuova elegante, molto curata. La casa è stata prenotata per una pernottamento breve, ma sicuramente ritornerò in questa location. La casa modernissima e con finiture pregiate, offre tutti i confort per passare soggiorni molto confortevoli sia in estate che in inverno. Sicuramente in estate darà il meglio di se, con il suo giardino esterno, curatissimo e la parte con la piscina. Il proprietario veramente gentile è premuroso e si è prodigato per cercare di darci indicazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni. Raccomandata.

Luxurious modern new villa with many amenities, wonderful views and magic atmosphere

Giuseppe was a very helpful and generous host, with information on and suggestions about what to do in the area. Any concerns/questions we had were answered or attended to immediately. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.
Villa Giunima is very new (i think that is just finished) comfortable and cozy, with beds and linens all very new and fresh looking.
I think we were about the first guests of this villa.
The kitchen was perfectly equipped when preparing food. The garden was lovely with different places to sit and enjoy the wonderful views, it was just out of this world.
The pool is very comfortable and relaxing.
Overall we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the villa.
