Location au calme, loin des touristes Vue à 180 sur la mer, accès à la mer par échelle par mer calme (généralement le cas) De l’autre coté vue incroyable sur l’Etna! Seul bémol les murs ne sont pas épais!

Nice week in Pozzillo

We had a nice stay in the cozy apartment. Location was great and the view was stunning as the duplex is very close by the water.

Lage super, Haus ok, Sauberkeit und Komfort naja...

Die Lage war super, der Ausblick einfach nur Traumhaft! Leider waren die anderen Details nicht so wie erwartet wie aus der Beschreibung. Bad mini, dusch Kopf unmöglich, kein kleiner Eimer für evtl. Müll 2. Schlafzimmer: Betten sehr Alt und fest, Schränke die nicht schließen und eigenständig auf rollten. Küche: Nicht sauber, Wasserhahn der auseinander fiel, Kühlschrank der beim runterschrauben ging aus. Boden war verstaubt und Spinnennetze noch überall.

Le foto non rendono giustizia alla proprietà. Casa molto ben rifinita internamente , ha il suo plus nell'accesso diretto alle calette di scogli antistanti (20 mt di distanza) ed un terrazzo con vista mare spettacolare! Bellissima.

Bon séjour

Location conforme à la description. Super emplacement en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique mer/Etna. Il serait bien de préciser que c'est une maison divisée en 4 ou 5 appartements. De la chambre parentale on entend beaucoup le voisin, qui allume la télé à 1h ou 3h du matin, un peu dommage. Un peu plus de photos sur le site seraient bien surtout le salon, la 2ème chambre et salle de bain. Le lit d'appoint dans la chambre enfants n'est pas du tout confortable, à revoir. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire durant nos 2 semaines, accueil par son neveu très sympathique. Il serait bien de mettre les différentes poubelles pour le tri à disposition dès le début du séjour avec les explications, un peu dommage de ne pas pouvoir trier correctement faute de ne pas avoir les bacs. Panne de la climatisation dans le salon, pris en charge rapide du propriétaire et réparation le lendemain. Des doubles rideaux au fenêtre des chambre seraient un plus car les volets persiennes laissent passer beaucoup la lumière dès 6h du matin, mais un réveil matinale permet de voir le magnifique levé du soleil du balcon. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour la visite de toute la côte Est et proche de l'Etna. La douche extérieure est appréciable en sortant de la mer. Accès direct à la mer depuis la maison très agréable. Il n'est pas précisé que la connexion WIFI est limitée, un peu pénible surtout avec des ados. Nous recommandons cette location et avons passé un très bon séjour en Sicile.
