Très bel endroit
Publié le 14 août 2019 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce village médiéval typique de l Ombrie .
Maria et Franco nous ont fait un accueil chaleureux et nous ont bien expliquer tout ce que l’on pouvait faire dans les environs .Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants de 10ans 7ans et 4ans l’habitation est tout à fait accessible et confortable. Rome est accessible à 1h de train de Terni mais plus proche vous pourrez découvrir le site de Carsulae , Spoleto et bien d autres! Merci à Maria et Franco d’avoir contribué à nos belle vacances!
Si vous cherchez un endroit reposant et différent du tourismes de masses cet endroit est fait pour vous! Maria et Franco se feront une joie de vous accueillir !

Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIn un bel borgo Umbro, la casa esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. Completa di ogni comodità e molto pulita.
I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura (il borgo è immerso nel verde) e per chi vuole scoprire le bellezza Umbre. Per raggiungere il Borgo è necessario percorrere strade di montagna (ma ne vale la pena!)

Perfect location in a small mountain village

This house, located at the small mountain village Macerino, is perfect when you want to enjoy the silence of nature. You are staying 650 meters above sea level. The road to the village is very small and sometimes bumpy. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the house from Acuasparta (this is the best way to get up the mountain).
Maria and her husband did made our stay perfect. A bottle of wine and a pie at arrival.
Towels, bedsheets everything is there. The contact during our stay was perfect.
There are 2 swimmingpools nearby, 2 restaurants (not open every day) and a small shop.
Shopping can best be done in Terni. If you are doing this, first go down the mountain to Acquasparta and from here to Terni. We found out this was the best way to travel down and up the mountain.
So if you are looking for a unique, traditional and silent location. This is one of the places to be !!

Vier weken vakantie ''La Torre'' in Macerino
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHet vier verdiepingen vakantiehuis in Macerino aan het kerkpleintje is ons prima bevallen.
Het huis was kraakhelder en de bedden waren opgemaakt met gestreken linnen en er was voldoende linnengoed aanwezig.
Het linnengoed werd in overleg iedere week verwisseld.
De gastheer en zijn vrouw waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Beginnende met een fles lokale wijn en een zelfgebakken crostata bij aankomst.
Het huis ligt op een berg op 700 meter hoogte.
Het is verstandig om de opgegeven route in de beschrijving te volgen omdat dit verreweg de beste weg naar het huis is.
Wijzelf hadden geen probleem met de aanrijtijd van 20 Minuten om bij het huis te komen, we vonden de weg elke keer weer mooi !
Er zijn vele bezienswaardigheden en leuke stadjes binnen een straal van 70 KM rond het huis, genoeg te doen dus.

Perfect stay! A+++++++++++++++++ Graziemille!
Publié le 24 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayFrom start to finish, everything was perfect. The owner was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival. The drive up to the hilltop village is breathtaking! Be certain to follow the owners directions for an easy drive from Aquasparta. We were greeted upon arrival by the owners who were incredibly warm and friendly. They even presented us with a beautiful pastry, olive oil from his trees and a bottle of premium of Umbrian wine. The house (tower) dates from 1000AD and even has a medieval dagger displayed that was discovered during renovations! The house is large and spacious, beautifully decorated and offers beautiful views of the mountainous countryside from the rooftop terrace. We have never stayed at a cleaner vacation rental, even the sheets were ironed. There is a lovely fireplace to enjoy on a chilly evening. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you would ever need. The tiny village offers peace and tranquility. The owners were at our disposal and even came to check up and see how we were doing. It is a perfect base for exploring Umbria. We were sad to go and it was the highlight of our month in Italy. We look forward to our return! Graziemille!

Very lovingly furnished house in picturesque mountain village

The house is furnished with great attention to detail and hardly leaves anything to be desired. The mountain village in which the house is located is tiny but beautifully situated. If you want a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. The only downside is the 15-minute drive up the mountain on a road that is not exactly flat. However, I can recommend the house without hesitation and enjoyed my stay very much.

Una vacanza tra cultura e relax
Publié le 17 août 2022 sur HomeAwayUn posto magnifico dove trascorrere un periodo di assoluto relax. I Proprietari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno accolto con un'ottima crostata e ottimo vino. La struttura è dotata di ogni confort e molto pulita, non manca nulla. La Torre è posta in un luogo che ci ha permesso di visitare l'Umbria e nel contempo essere fuori dal mondo in un contesto di pace e tranquillità.

Casa perfettamente contestualizzata con l'ambiente del borgo medievale

I prodotti che ci hanno offerto all'arrivo erano deliziosi: un'ottimo dolce fatto in casa, olio extravergine squisito e un ottimo vino. La casa è perfettamente inserita nel contesto del borgo medievale. Gli arredi sono in armonia con l'ambiente e al tempo stesso sono comodi e funzionali. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e confortevoli, i letti comodi e in ogni stanza è presente qualsiasi accessorio di cui si possa avere bisogno.
La vista dalla terrazza è splendida. E' possibile ammirare il borgo e tutte le colline circostanti. La tranquillità è massima.
In generale consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. Gli ultimi km per raggiungere il borgo sono di strada sterrata e risultano piuttosto impegnativi.
