Frische Feigen, direkt vom Baum, mitten in einem Weinberg.
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDie Anfahrt zur Villa erfolgt über eine 2 km lange Schotterpiste, an deren Ende sich das Anwesen befindet. Es bietet Platz für sechs Paare/6 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett).
Im großen Erdgeschossraum fanden sich drei Sofas, zahlreiche andere Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein Glastisch mit ausreichend Stühlen für zwölf Personen, die Küche, zu der man vielleicht eigene Messer mitbringen sollte, die aber sonst relativ gut ausgestattet war, zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Spülmaschinen und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck.
Der zum Pooltisch umgebaut Karambolage-Billardtisch erfreute sich großer Beliebtheit.
Es gab einen Whirlpool, dieser wurde vor allem von den Jugendlichen gerne benutzt, die Sauna hingegen, mitten im Sommer nicht.
Der Außengrill war großzügig bemessen.
Der Pool wurde gelegentlich auf Wasserqualität geprüft, gereinigt von Insekten und Blättern wurde er nicht.
Dies blieb uns überlassen, wie auch das Entsorgen des getrennten Mülls in den Tonnen, die entlang der Schotterpiste standen.
Der Pool selbst wurde täglich, vor dem Frühstück benutzt, im Laufe des Tages lagen die Liegemöglichkeiten dort in der prallen Sonne.
Der nächste Supermarkt liegt 4km in Aquaviva Picena entfernt. Hier gibt es auch ein paar Lokale und den Wein- und den Olivenhändler.
Hier fährt man über die Schotterpiste aber nicht einmal einfach so hin.
Am Strand von Grottamare waren permanent sechs Liegen und drei Strandstühle für uns reserviert. Bei dem dazugehörigen Lokal musste man allerdings vorher reservier

Klasse Aufenthalt in den Weinbergen
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWir hatten eine wunderbare Familienauszeit. Die Villa liegt malerisch in den Weinbergen und die Aussicht ist grandios!
Mit 6 Badezimmern und einem WC nahe dem Pool kamen wir mit 14 Personen nie in einen Badezimmerstau.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und läd zum kochen ein.
Massimo war ein klasse Koch, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Liegen am Strand von Grottammare sind ebenfalls eine tolle annehmlichkeit gewesen
Insgesamt rundum toller Urlaub!
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A little piece of paradise
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at Villa Carlo. There were 14 of us and still there was plenty of room and loads of places both inside the villa and around the property to wander off to if you wanted to get away and be on your own.
Carlo was very responsive with any questions.
The wine and olive oil were a very nice touch and we definitely took advantage. Grazie Carlo!
Massimo, the chef, was next level. Everything was so delicious and it allowed us to just relax and enjoy each other and the beautiful views off of the terrace. These were some of our best meals in Italy.
The area is beautiful. It's real hidden gem with many places nearby to explore. Carlo is a great host!

Relaxing Stay in Beautiful Setting for Large Group
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time in Carlo's villa as a family of 11 adults. It has lots of facilities to make for a relaxing week. The rooms were very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)

Everything you need in a very comfortable environment.
Publié le 6 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayCarlo was a super pleasant and welcoming host. He attended to every need or request of ours. The place is very open, which makes it perfect for large families. The combination of pool, sauna and whirlpool makes it perfect for any type of weather and the amazing open kitchen is a dream for any cook in the family, who wants to stay part of the group while cooking. The wine from the local winery was very good and sponsored by Carlo as well and the terrace overlooking the hills was amazing for sundowners. Be aware of the mosquitos though.
What a beautiful place
We will definitely be back.

Incredible views from this amazing property.
Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAway11 of us travelled from the UK and US for a family reunion at Carlo’s Villa, 8 adults and 3 children under 7.
Carlo met us at the villa and walked us through all the amenities from the pool to the sauna and the hot tub. As it was one of the hottest weeks in record we definitely used the pool all day but not the other two.
The kitchen was well outfitted with every dish, pan and appliance you could possibly need, and we also took advantage of Miguel the chef’s services. Miguel was an excellent cook and took into account our vegan family members, providing them with delicious dinners.
Carlo’s wine is excellent and we more than took advantage of it! An early morning swim definitely helped all the headaches!
We spent a couple of afternoons at the nearby private beach soaking in the sun then running quickly across the hot sand to the aqua waters of the Adriatic Sea. (Did I mention how hot the weather was?!)
The property itself is situated atop a hill overlooking vineyards and mountains. The views were spectacular and we never got tired of them. Carlo has set up a number of seating areas around the property each with their unique attractions. Lizards and geckos run freely and we had to rescue them from the pool more than once.
We all agreed that this was the best reunion ever and the children were crying when we had to leave.

SPECTACULAR VIEW!!!
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe view is absolutely stupendous, what a joy to wake up to every day. Carlo is super accommodating and Miguel's dinners were a highlight. The pool was an excellent afternoon activity to cool down after exploring nearby towns. The beach access was awesome. I think we ate every apricot off the tree. Thank you Carlo & Miguel!

Dream holiday
Publié le 12 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe property is everything you would want in a vacation destination. Comfortable, relaxing, beautiful and spacious. We took advantage of the chef, and had delicious food every day, all locally sourced. We spent most days in the pool, ate from the garden, and enjoyed tree ripened figs every day. Carlo was a fantastic host, aiming to please. He delivered! I hope we are lucky enough to come back again.
