Ultimate Relaxation and Comfort
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI was looking for an end of summer getaway for my family of 3 and this was the perfect choice! The house is at the end of a lovely street and breathtaking as soon as you pull up. We trailered an 18’ boat and it was tough to back it in the driveway but not impossible. I wouldn’t want to bring anything larger. We put our boat in at a local ramp and docked the boat at the house for the rest of our stay which was so convenient. We did it all, paddle boarded, kayaked, jumped off the dock, swam around, relaxed in the porch with watching the sunset with wine while cooking dinner. It was exactly what I wanted. The house is adorable and fully decorated with cozy lake/mountain decor. Blankets and pillows galore which I love and plenty of towels! We cooked every night and the kitchen had decent cookware. We had our 6 year old and we all fit really well space wise but I don’t think I would want more people than the 3 maybe a 4th would be ok.

Beautiful

The location is secluded enough to feel private but yet close enough to town that you can quickly get to restaurants and other attractions! We were there for a baseball tournament and this lake house allowed us to relax and have family time between games. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Peaceful, gorgeous lake view
Publié le 6 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayAmazing little cabin/studio for 2! The owners have thought of everything and this place is so comfy and felt like home. Towels, pillows, blankets - all so soft and comfy. I spent our full day there on the deck reading and praying. Much needed quiet time in a beautiful place. We will return if at all possible.

The best mini trip EVER
Publié le 26 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe are a group of bartender friends that needed to escape busy city life with a quick mental reset. I must warn you…pictures do not do this beautiful home enough justice you will fall in love instantly. If you want to get away from the city for a relaxing trip STAY HERE!!! Tia is a wonderful blessing of a host…one could describe her as a SUPERHOST! She has thought of everything. From fire wood to pizza stone, The stairs leading to the dock are steep (which we were warned about) but SOOO worth it…just beautiful. I wish we would’ve thought about renting a boat and/or brought fishing poles. If your a fan of Mexican try Las Palmas near Kroger. We ordered in and it was a hit! We will definitely be rebooking. Thank you, Tia for sharing your lovely home with us.

Sunshine & Serenity

Our favorite spot was snuggling on the porch swing. We've been sharing our slice of heaven experience with friends and family. Too many lovely touches to list! Tha k you!
