Great location but the house needs work.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was in beautiful shape and in a lovely location however there are several issues. Upon arriving at the property one of the front hand rails on the stairs is falling off. The water from the fridge smelled musty at best and was undrinkable. The guest room next to the main bathroom had no functioning outlets. The hot tub was nonfunctional and not circulating water (even though we were told it was). The worst part is that the water heater was not turned on and no one was able to come turn it on until after a full day of having stayed at the property. Even after it was turned on the only running hot water was to the kitchen sink which meant 6 adults and my 10 month old child all had to take cold showers. Not even the bathroom sinks had hot water running to them. The property contact was slow to respond to our concerns and did not seem interested in helping in a timely manner. There’s a lot of beauty around the house but the property management was bad and the lack of hot water for 3 days was a huge problem that did not seem to concern the renters.

After a thorough follow-up, they carefully addressed each of your concerns to ensure everything is in proper working order:- The front handrails were inspected and found to be secure, with no visible damage or instability.- The fridge water system was tested, and we tasted the water with no issues detected. The filter was recently replaced in June and is good for another two months, so no further attention was needed.- All outlets were tested, and we found that they’re functioning correctly.- We visited the property twice during your stay to confirm that the hot tub was operating normally and circulating water as expected.- During these visits, we also checked the hot water and hired a licensed plumber to inspect the system. They verified that hot water was available throughout the home during your stay, and it has continued to function properly since then. No other guests have encountered this issue.The homeowner strives to provide the best possible experience for every visitor and has taken steps to ensure everything remains in top condition for future guests.

We were 10 minutes or less from the baseball fields which we were back and forth from all week. We loved having Walmart directly across the street from us. The hot tub was relaxing and nice for my son to use after his games. It was almost as if we were staying in a hotel, there was a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bathroom, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc, that was ready for us when we got there. We really appreciated that! The only complaint we would have was that there weren’t any cooking sheets or pans that we could cook with in the oven. Other than that, we loved it and we will most definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great property for baseball tournament!

Wonderful Acworth house
Publié le 28 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayVery clean house, well stocked, and perfectly located to shops, restaurants and nearby attractions. My family was in GA for a week-long baseball tourney and found the house to be a welcome respite after a long day on the ball fields. Highly recommend!!
