System for key card did not work so they could not give a key to your room. They walked you to your room. Bus to airport only every hour even if the airport is 10 min away.

Brook. Solo traveller from Canada. Honestly, I don’t know why people give this hotel bad reviews. I had a comfortable stay. Great restaurant on 1st floor that offer al a carte and buffet options. Love the open patios and bar area at the lobby with evening entertainment. Great location at central bole. Walkable to near buy attractions and cafe. Overall I had no complaint.
