The bed was really confortable and they had hot water. It is located actually 3 minutes from the airport. If you flight is at least 8 hours later, do not purchase a night since Ethiopian Airlines give you a room for free. I made that mistake.

Thanks a lot. We advise Ethiopian Airlines guests to inquire with their carrier whether they qualify for a free transit voucher before booking in hotels in Addis in general as the airline sometimes offers free transit hotel vouchers.

Various Toilet drainage may need to be looked at, apart this all been fantastic. I will definitely be back.

The biggest challenge appears to be WiFi and hot water. Food is good, people are great

Thanks for your review. WiFi is a problem across the nation and we will try to prescribe additional capacity if that would solve the problem. The hot water problem had been literally one of a five-year occurrence and is now resolved. We appreciate your comment and hope to get over most of the issues.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. I would stay there again

Worst experience ever...

Reception ladies do not understand English at all , had water logging in wash basin and no lights in bathroom complained twice for all the 3 days no one came to fix it.. food is awful, location is worse , I called several times to house keeping but no one answers your call...not worth spending a penny for this hotel..
