Nice rooms, very busy hotel with lots of children , food was always cold and self service at mealtime was awful mayhem comes to mind , gala dinner on Hogmanay was worst we ever had , and a huge supplement to pay although we were half board , no food after 20:30 in evening and adult entertainment so bad , sorry wouldn’t recommend sunwing for adults.

Please value your customers. Some people, including us, were waiting and saving for this holiday break almost one year. Sorry, José, but we didn’t ask anything outrageous to deserve such comments. Thanks to cleaning ladies who worked really hard in this hotel.

Lovely family hotel, very helpful. First room had no sun on balcony so moved after waiting couple days for an available room. Breakfast was ok, would have liked someone to cook me an omelette however quite busy hard to find a clean table to sit at. We would return, thank you

It is our 2nd stay in this hotel. The first stay was flawless. The second was definitely the last one. We arrived at 2 am which we previously informed the hotel. One of the beds was not ready so we had to wait for 30 min to get the bedding. The hotel tried to rip us off for gala dinner (~400 Eur for 4 people!) for which we were not interested, especially staying on BB. They insisted that this is mandatory even for self catering. Never seen anything like that. Had to speak to a manager to resolve this. The person at the reception was extremely irritated. Had to speak to them (not naming them) on two occasions. One of the responses was “thank you for making our work harder”…,”you are entitled to your opinion”… The cleaning personnel are very hardworking! Shame about the reception.

This is a property designed to cater to families and children. As a solo traveler, this was a well priced, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in a safe, walkable area close to the beach. The parking garage was very small and a challenge to manuver with limited tight spaces. I found parking in the garage all but one night and there were two other public garages within a block walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all matters, including excursion suggestions.
