Our car was damaged, the internet, lights and aircon didn’t work.
The shower had mould, the bedsheets were filthy
And the patronage was rude and didn’t want to help.

However, your car was damaged by another guest in our carpark because the car was not parked correctly, and we have footage to support that. We are happy to provide that footage to your insurance company anytime as already discussed on the phone with you. During your stay no feedback was given to us regarding your comments above. Love staying here! Great place. Only problem is as always rooms are too hot at night . (Air con not on) quilt too hot and just a sheet too cool. No options. Need a light weight blanket in the room. A microwave would also be great.
