The property needs updating. It is good because it is close to restaurants, bakery, city, movie theatre and to where we wanted to go. It is comfortable but tired and needs updating.
We really like the great position. Close to a wide range of dining experiences. We love too that there is parking on site and it is so quiet. It is good value and so convenient.
The pool is advertised on the listing page but not accessible due to construction / repairs or maintenance.
Excellent reception operation.

Good location but room for improvement
The location is good, near cafes and restaurants. It’s also under the flight path. Our curtain was partially falling down and the room was stuffy as we couldn’t open a window. The first morning a drill was being used and we were woken at just after 7am. Our bathroom door was squeaky so if we used it during the night, it woke our partner. The fridge was faulty and the freezer section didn’t work. Quite disappointed.

Upon arrival was told there was no booking, then told the booking was for the next night (when invoice clearly stated we were booked). Then didn’t have an appropriate room - one person had to sleep on a trundle. We were to be moved the next day. We left our belongings at reception as we were heading out & was told we would be messaged throughout the day with new room information. This didn’t happen. When we arrived back, our belongings were still at reception. Fortunately there was a room. Apparently there is an issue with this booking site & linking to the hotel (another customer checking in at same time told us they had the same issue last year)
