Loved the property. It was just a shame that the kitchen was under renovation.

The room had a bad smell. Was quite run down. No globe in one of the lights. Constant flickering light from outside shining in through window at night.

Unique, creaky stairs, but the room was great…old furniture but that doesn’t matter…clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was fine but bed was very uncomfortable. The bed base seemed to be smaller than the mattress making the edges of the bed feel like you were falling out of bed

Central location.
Flickering globe outside our window..
Very uncomfortable bed, springs digging into body..

Good value for money.
Clean room. Strong scent throughout the whole property like an air freshener perhaps.
Beds comfortable enough for one night but regretted not bringing my own pillow.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Converted heritage building with attached pub & restuarant. Central location & close to all the local attractions.
Would benefit from fitting block-out blinds.
