Carpet in walkways and room very bad. Urgently need replacing. Room was very much showing its age and needing some updating and attention. Need was comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel was close by for our night celebrating in the CBD and we found the staff very courteous & helpful, however, the room we stayed in looked 'tired' and in need of refurbishment.
