Quest Port Adelaide exceeded my expectations. I traveled alone from USA and was nervous about safety. The exterior and walkable areas are nice with plenty of parking and food options. The interior of the hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was extremely pleasant. My room was clean, spacious and felt secure. I would absolutely book here again.

We had everything we needed for a city stay.
Would prefer a later checkout ie.11am would be much more relaxing on a Sunday morning

Good place to stay.
Tidy and we were well looked after by staff.
Unfortunate SA Water left the hotel with no water while we were there so we couldn’t shower for two days.
Thought an some sort of compensation may be offered but nothing.

We understand how this could have affected your stay, and I regret any discomfort it may have caused. We were in contact with SA Water as soon as possible to organised tanker trucks to supply water to all rooms. Once again, I apologise for the challenges you experienced during your stay. We liked that we could park the car and walk . Shopping and dinning were close and an interesting place to explore.
