Owner tried to charge for bogus cleaning
Publié le 24 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place is basic and simple, as expected. The carpet was grey with dirt in areas and needed a clean, however the owner is now trying to charge me $165 for cleaning the carpet due to dog smell.
This is after we paid him $60 extra in cash to be nice as we had 3 dogs. This was above what we already paid just as a nice gesture.
The owner, David, still tried to charge us for cleaning even though he advertised it as pet friendly and we ticked “pets” as coming. Very opportunistic and disappointing.

A very quiet and comfortable studio

Gawler Quilters cottage

Great studio
