There was a problem with the hotel electricity supply which affected the lifts, the hot water and the air conditioning. There was no apology from the organisation for the resulting discomfort.

The foyer and location of this hotel was just beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was enjoyable and relaxed. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful views however I was under the impression that the pool was indoors, but this was not the case. The spa wasn't working which was disappointing and the bath towels in the motel room were quite small and thin. Not what you would expect when booking what I assumed was the luxury balcony suite.

Room was lovely. Breakfast was poor. Poor service in Breakfast room and a generally shabby appearance there. Dirty tray containing cups for beverages.Cocktail bar was closed and therefore inaccessible for use. Surely guests should have access 7 days!
