The Staff were polite and helpful. Bar staff knowledgable. Location was great so easy to stroll restaurants in the area.

We loved the glass of sparkling wine on arrival! The view from the room was lovely, breakfast was great. We had a lovely and relaxing evening with cocktails and live music in the Horizons lounge. Thank you

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Decor and fittings of the room and common hotel areas were dated and felt like I had timewarped half a century into the past. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in rooms around you. The room I stayed in had no lamps and there are no overhead lights - only the bedhead lights. I asked the hotel staff 4 times for a desk lamp so I could work at the desk which is located away from any windows, but one was never brought to me. Only a floor lamp with a bulb that had less brightness than my phone screen. The staff are polite to greet you but quickly adopt the same vacant look when you ask them for anything outside of the planned script they have for service. No kettle, no tea or coffee in the rooms, the room was freezing and the heater barely worked. "Bar Fridge" looked like something from the 1970s and was dirty. The room I stayed in looked NOTHING like the photos online. I was told I was "upgraded" from city view to ocean view but I was on level 4 - all I could see was a big wall and dirty air conditioner units with a sliver of the ocean over the top. There was also a weird smell in the common hallway - smelt a bit like a sewer.
