Good location but very little parking available so advisable to pay for on site parking. Had difficulty initially accessing property with passcode and had to enter when another tenant entered. On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . The carpets had some stains but they were clean and these could easily be covered up with rugs. The balcony was huge and the views were great. I would definately stay here again.

Not recommended for single or female travellers, or those arriving after dark or on weekends.
The building's external door keypad is out of service (appears that has been the case for weeks-months) and the property manager's suggestion when phoned (emailed keypad instructions didn't work) was to "wait for someone else to exit, so you can slip into the foyer behind them" in order to gain access to the mailbox for the fob/key to the room & building. The area is a bit dodgy with many unsavoury people afoot (winter) and I felt very unsafe waiting outside at my 7pm arrival. I would have preferred an email with genuine access instructions, or a pleasant property manager willing to get someone to let me into the foyer.
The apartment itself was clean and neat and generally as per description (minus access to an electric clothes dryer). The "automatic" lights in the hallway between lift and apartment door were unreliable, so best to BYO torch/phone light.
Will not re-book with this property group on future trips to Adelaide.

Sorry there was some misunderstanding with your stay. The hallway lights are activated by motion. We have alternative ways of getting into the foyer if the main door code is not working and it is late. Sorry that we did not give you this option.
