Fantastic family holiday Thank you. We stayed a week and we thought everything was great. Washer dryer and dishwasher all working and in great condition. Extra towels requested were available and we used the pool and BBQ area. Problem with the shower head was fixed the same day. Room had everything we needed.

Had issues checking in and found contact number difficult to locate to trouble shoot. This made us late for an engagement. Kitchen area was dirty so didn’t use it at all. Thought we had advised that we needed a car park but there were none available and there was very limited street parking. It made a very difficult stay in Adelaide due to family member requiring surgery a lot more stressful. Just outside our apartment there were wet floor signs and a bin due to a hole in the ceiling. Just added to the unpleasantness of the whole experience. Once we found a park for the evening we didn’t want to move the car so walked to find dinner and there were very limited opportunities.

We will do our best to make sure that the cleanliness issues are resolved.As for the parking we clearly indicate on all booking sites that parking requires prior booking and that parking fees are payable. Our booking confirmation message also asks if parking is needed. Unfortunately this was not requested on your booking.For the WET FLOOR sign in the common areas, unfortunately things happened and remedial work had to be done.Once again we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. BRING YOUR EYE MASK if you want to sleep in.
We loved this place other than the morning light. There are internal block out roller blinds but they don't keep the morning light out which sadly is enough to prevent us from staying here again.
Which is a shame because everything else was great. Balcony and Views, apartment size and condition, facilities, location, value for money all fantastic. Our kids said it's their favourite hotel room they've stayed at in Adelaide.
Other small gripe was only having one room/ hotel access card - this creates some logistical issues for a family of 4.

Great stay. We actually needed 2 access cards. Great shower. Lovely and quiet
Carpets taps and cupboard doors need maintenance.
