The room was fantastic and great location. The initial check in seemed a little chaotic and there was no mention of my request to upgrade (replying to hotel email!) but otherwise pleasant staff. On checking out staff member said my valet cost was $60 when the staff on checking in said $45 - $45 its about reasonable for Adelaide $60 a bit steep i would have thought

The Playford is perfectly placed for a great experience in the beautiful city of Adelaide. Close to great dining options, shopping and entertainment venues. We were welcomed by attentive and friendly staff and met with luxury as soon as we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and affordable. Looking forward to our next stay.

Absolutely perfect stay for our 4 night's in a loft suite. Staff were very welcoming, professional, and informative. Perfect position for shopping, dining out and walking around the city. Free tram is also just across the road. Highly recommend.

Property has been totally renovated in an Art Nouveau/Deco style with the finishes across the entire hotel of a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and the public areas - bar, lounges, dining areas - finished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of high end hotels you would find in London and Paris. I was pleasantly surprised it had an indoor pool and a gym with a wide range of equipment including a range of free weights, strength machines and treadmills. The staff are very attentive - friendly, efficient, professional and accommodating to your unique needs. Across all of the services (bar, dining, room service, check-in) they were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay, in an ultra modern clean and elevated styled room. The pool, spa and sauna open 24hrs was a huge bonus too. Tram stop right outside was very convenient too. Free travel into china town
