Wonderful stay at the beeberry cottage

Place was very comfortable with absolutely everything we needed, our host was so attentive to details.
The surrounding area and scenery was fantastic
We are planning to come back in the nearest future

Our Favourite Getway
Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur perfect getaway! We were looking for something off grid but close to home. Somewhere we could disconnect from our phones (and running water) but not have to set up a tent. This was absolutely perfect!
Deborah was the warmest host we've ever experienced, hands down. She made us feel so welcome and explained everything we could do on the property (endless trails, animals to meet, a pond to sit by and more). She gave us insights on where to get good local food and she gave us a delicious jar of honey made from the bees on her property. We are already planning our next trip back. Photos can do this location justice either. Can't recommend this enough. Thank you so much Deborah - we can't wait to come back!

Great for Kids

Deborah and Eric are great hosts, they are available for support if you need them but will stay out of your way if you want privacy, giving you the feeling that this is a place of your own.
Not too far from the city, lots to do, property is well kept and the cabin is tranquil. We love it there.

Great, Rustic Stay
Publié le 12 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayThis place is great, but make sure you read the listing carefully. It's very accurate... The place is not big, off-grid with easy access. It makes for excellent car camping. It's not quite as secluded as we'd like, as there's a road nearby and at night you can see lights from the neighbours property. That said, the property is beautiful, and the farm is great to wander.

Great Gateway for Busy People

The perfect cabin
Publié le 24 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThis is our third time staying at the Beeberry Cabin and it was amazing as always! Awesome hosts, beautiful land, love seeing the animals and going on long hikes in the woods. Can’t wait to stay again, highly recommend.

Quiet & Safe
Publié le 10 août 2021 sur HomeAwayNice spot if you're looking for a quiet and safe camping experience. Plenty of things to do and see, my 6 year old son loved the animals. Fyi to travellers, cellular reception can be nonexistent in some areas, that's either a good or bad thing depending on what you're looking for.

Great little off the grid get away, lots to look at and just enjoy. Everyone we met was so approachable and polite! We brought our 2 young's boys and made a bed on the floor, they had a fantastic time. Great time and place to get away with the husband or even small family!!
