Since the room allocated to you was roadside the movement of vehicles especially some bikers caused noise issue,we are sorry that moment we couldn't allocate you another room due to full house status. Regarding bill we don't provide bills for online booking because guests prefer physical bill,we had handovered physical bill during your check out..if any of our employee agreed and didn't send your bill on mail then again we apologise for it.we will make sure to check this matter and take necessary action against that employee.
