Publié le 3 nov. 2019 sur HotelsIt was unfair of Hotels.com to include such a hotel in its list of hotels. This is a TOTAL DISGRACE! I could not stay in such a rotten place. The entrace to this place as well as the road leading to this surely looked like way to hell. The room looked terrible. There was no way to communicate with hotels.com from that location without internet access. I lost my respect for the hotels.com site after this episode. With a non-refundable booking, there is nothing that can be done at such a location around 10pm. Finally, I had to drive around so much to find a resaonable place where I can safely stay. There was no way to communicate this disatrous experience with hotels.com until I found a place to connect. Those who are your customers deserve a whole lot more better experience, Now, I wonder how hotels.com qualify its list of hotels.
