This hotel is a TRAP ! The hotel is located on the top of a hill and the access is impossible : the shortest road was closed and the other road has unpaved portions with a gradient of around 40%. Our car wasn’t a 4x4 so we let it down the hill and walked the hard remaining part. In the hotel there was no option for diner (the site said there were). as the poor restaurant (burgers and pizza) closed at 19:00.
We went to another hotel on the coast and Marino Luxury refused to cancel and refund our booking

Dear Sir, when you make a reservation it is good to read all the description mentioned on the website of the accommodation to see if it suits your preferences. Our hotel is located on a hill and is 4 km from the center of Aegina. All one needs is to know how to drive rudimentarily! You definitely don't need a 4X4 car, but even if you face some difficulties there are taxis that you can use. You arrived at the hotel at 5pm, your reservation is for one night with a non-refundable rate and of course as you know the money in case you decide not to stay at the hotel is non-refundable. What exactly are you unhappy about?

Stunning location. Very quiet. Katerina the owner was very friendly. My room was nice and clean, with a veranda over looking the lovely pool, and breathtaking sea views, towards Agistri.
There's a great buffet breakfast too.
To get this view, you have to drive up a mountain road. We did, in a small automatic car, no problem. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place.
It's 10 minutes drive from Aegina port. And very a central location, if you want to visit Agios Nektarios monastery or Agia Marina beach. I'll definitely go back. X

Appartman is on very good place.The small problem is that only few taxi will you bring there but Kristina will give you phone numbers of taxis cab who will take care of you. Ride cost €20.

Website mentioned full service laundry. I asked about full service laundry and was charged 20 Euro. The clothes was delivered to the wrong room and was not dried.

Dear customer, thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We honestly do not understand your dissatisfaction, since you chose this service, with this price of 20. If you had chosen the full Laundry service you would have paid 100.

We struggled to get a taxi to the property as every driver at the port refused to go there siting "terrible road" . We spent 4 hours at the port due to this. My advice will be to contact the property a day in advance as there is only 4 taxi drivers in the island who will go there.
this was unfortunate as the property is amazing with wonderful views and a fantastic pool! I wish the location was better.
The host was very helpful though. Breakfast limited.
I would have given it better review if it wasn't for transportation issues.

If what you want is calm: here is the place! I stayed with my wife and daughter in the Arthemis suite and the views were just astonishing! The pool is very nice and the staff is both kind and willing to help. The food at the bar is also really nice. Don’t be scared about the road, it is completely worthwhile. We will definitely come back.

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsFantastisk en liten paradis i fjellene. Hyggelig folk, fantastisk basseng, rolig og stille. Bra frokost. Utsikten er helt enestående!
Eneste veien til hotellet er fryktelig bratt, smal og elendig. men det er verdt å oppleve.

Beautiful property and views are spectacular. Very well maintained but location is a bit out of the way from the hub of town. That being said it’s the only way to get these incredible views. Road to property could be challenging for some but nothing out of the ordinary for Greece.
