The staff here were so kind and helpful! They even let us keep our luggage at the front desk on our last day until we needed to leave the island.

People were very friendly, and had excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone that would need a hotel in Aegina Town.

A wonderful island and a quite wonderful Hotel with the best hospitality. This is an excellent base to explore this very special island and is close to all amenities but peaceful and quiet also. I could not recommend it highly enough, l so enjoyed my stay here on Aegina, the Hotel was perfect!

Thank you, dear Anonymous writer :-) Thank you for your review. Anonymous why? Who are you? Did you stay with us? Why not having your name so we could have a full feedback and try to be even better? Experts say anonymous reviews come from people who want to harm, feel guilt or want to hide. We respect all guests, and we give our heart and kindness to all. Reviews with worst score of our average 09 to 10 happen from misunderstandings, wrong reservations, errors and high / false expectations or demands of more than a human / business could offer. An example to show a reason that a guest give an anonymous review like this: A guest might be mistaken and book a room with the title "double room", bring two more guests even of younger age, pay only 48/day even if it was much more expensive (cause of system error) in a Greek island and then wanting or expecting to have for free our best rooms. But the guest paid only for the economy simple. Also brought two more guests. Why not book a quad room? Why not even book the more expensive room than the economy one? Then also give 06 to 10 review when the family business did not charge of more guests out of kindness. The business then does not earn any income, only for getting some happy guests (who might want to return in the future). The result? This review, not enough space in the room, the guests who tried to be smart might fall in their own trap. Why anonymous? Probably they feel guilt and they know it is not the business fault, but they had a worst experience of they could have had by making a correct reservation and being more honest and kinder. Please, all readers, know that you should always book rooms for the exact number of guests. Please do not book economy rooms and then wanting (especially in a full weekend) to upgrade in the best rooms. Please contact the hotel for your best service. Full weekends and last moment changes usually are not available. Remember there are different room options (other are more expensive and other simpler with better prices). Also please ask. Some people in our business are here to give you all their hearts and kindness. Thank you all! Location close to town center, many restaurants within walking distance. Local small business, owner is super friendly and proud to introduce me around the island.
