Lovely home in a quiet Italian village

We loved staying at the Affi house! It's in a great location - quiet village and drive-able to do many things (Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, etc.) Our children loved playing with the toys in the home as well as playing in the yard. We enjoyed the hikes up the mountain at the end of the street. I would definitely stay again. Maria and Paolo were so kind and helpful. They accommodated our early morning flight and met us for check in based on our schedule.

Amazing visit

We spent a magical month at Via Pila 31! Maria and Paola were great hosts and helped us with everything. We and our friends who visited us had the best experience. Will definitely come back again!

Una proprietà SUPER. Complimenti alla proprietaria di casa per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa è vicina ai principali punti d’interesse e a pochi chilometri da un grande centro commerciale….ad Affi abbiamo trovato il luogo ideale per trascorrere le nostre vacanze.

The house is spacious and full of character, located in the old part of Affi.

Maria and Paulo were excellent hosts and were very welcoming when we arrived. They were also very helpful when we asked their advice on several occasions - including telling us the best way to get to Venice and reserving tickets for us to see a concert in Bardolino. The house, although very old has been tastefully modernised and is very spacious. It provided everything our party of four needed for a week's holiday. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. On leaving, Maria asked for any suggestions, which might make the house better. The only thing we could suggest was the provision of more comfortable seating (sofas) in the main lounge - and a coffee table! If you want to explore the lake Garda area by car - we found Affi to be a good base. Bardolino was only a few minutes away and Verona was an easy drive. The modern part of Affi has a shopping mall with a convenient supermarket. Overall we had a lovely week - thank you again Maria and Paulo.

Perfectly situated house to explore lake Garda and the Dolomites, with helpful and professional host

A group of 9 of us stayed for a week at Maria's house and it was brilliant! Maria was helpful and professional in the lead up to our arrival, helping organise late-night taxi bookings from Verona and giving us recommendations of places to eat and visit in the area. This generosity continued throughout our stay and we visited some idillic beaches that we would not have found were it not for Maria's suggestions. The house itself was brilliant. Spacious and generally well-equipped (though some more chopping boards and better kitchen knives would have been great!) it has some basic local amenities (tobacconist, cafe, restaurant) in sleepy old Affi and is only a 2 minute drive from an enormous supermarket. 15 minutes drive gets you to the busier beaches of lake Garda and 35 minutes drive gets you to the more remote beaches and the Monte Baldo mountains. Surrounded by gorgeous vineyards, it was perfect for our group. All in all, a wonderful trip, made by Maria's lovely house and generosity. Would highly recommend.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit einer herausragenden Gastgeberin!Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie auf den Bildern – schön, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Alles war vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei. Was den Aufenthalt aber zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat, war Maria. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich gute Wirtin: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln. Sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlten.Absolut empfehlenswert! 5 Sterne und mehr sind hier selbstverständlich. Danke, Maria!

Es geht nicht besser!!!

Wir hatten einen erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt am herbstlichen Gardasee mit vielfältigen Aktivitäten und bei bestem Wetter. Das geräumige Haus ist stilvoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz für große Familien. Die Gastgeben haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und viele Tipps für alle Lebenslagen gegeben. Besser geht es nicht. Es war alles da, was man braucht und den Rest haben wir in den riesigen Einkaufszentren von Affi gekauft.

Großartiges und geschichtsträchtiges Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung abseits des Rummels am See

Viel Platz, wunderbar große Küche, Speisen wie in einem klösterlichen Refektorium, hilfreiche Tipps der Vermieterin (z.B. wo es sich gut einkaufen lässt) und die schönen Gässchen des historischen Affi - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Wir haben drei glückliche Wochen in diesem besonderen Haus verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die besondere Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und die Ruhe des Ortes genossen. Das Veneto ist eine sehr schöne Region, es gibt so viel zu erleben und zu entdecken, wir hätten noch viel länger bleiben mögen.

Hormis un réglages de la douche un peu d’effectuer et l’absence de climatisation, l’endroit et magnifique et Maria saura bien vous accueillir. La maison est très spacieuse et on s’y sent bien. Affi est bien centré pour découvrir les environs Belle expérience.

Italien pur

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten italienischen Casa. Bereits der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Maria war vielversprechend. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Haus steht inmitten des wundervollen alten Stadtteil von Affi. Ein kleiner Hof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grillen ist möglich. Das Haus hat viel Platz und einen riesigen Kamin, den wir allerdings nicht in Betrieb hatten, da wir im Juni zu Gast waren. Unser Höhepunkt war das Mittelalterfest in Affi. Zur Abwechslung waren wir mal nur unter Italienern. Das war einfach toll. Auf jedem Hof wurden Essen und Getränke angeboten und man konnte hier und da die Schausteller genießen. Ein sehr schöner Abschluss von unserem Urlaub. Wir waren zwei Familien, mit drei Teens und einem Kleinkind. Vielen Dank an Maria und Familie.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, aber man kommt überall gut hin, ist also schnell am See, aber z. B. auch sehr schnell in Verona. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem großen Garten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit Garten. Ruhige, schöne Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Räder konnten im Erdgeschoss untergebracht werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes altes Haus mit Charme

Das Haus hat ein riesiges Wohn- Esszimmer mit schönem Kamin und einen großen Garten, in dem man schön sitzen und spielen kann. Vom Haus aus kann man in 45 min. auf den Monte Moscal wandern. Man ist schnell am See, in Verona und im monte baldo - Gebiet. Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Maria, die stets erreichbar ist und sehr gut deutsch spricht.

Grande et agréable maison, bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et grande maison à Affi. Nous étions seulement une famille de 5 personnes, mais elle aurait pu accueillir une deuxième famille sans problème. La grande pièce de vie est très agréable, la cuisine fonctionnelle. La situation géographique de la maison permet de rayonner autour du lac de Garde, à Vérone, et même jusqu'à Venise à 1h30 de route. De nombreux dépliants touristiques sont mis à disposition. Maria est une hôte très accueillante, disponible et de bon conseil. Une belle rencontre! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz ideal für Gruppen/Familien

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen unterwegs. Mit den 4 Schlafräumen u. 2 Bädern war für uns genügend Platz. Maria ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin die gut deutsch kann, pünktlich ist u. uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite stand.

Maison très spacieuse et propre. Environnement calme, cœur de village joli. Emplacement pratique : une demi heure de Vérone et du lac de garde, proximité à pied d'un petit commerce d'alimentation et à 5mn en voiture d'un centre commercial. Hôtes disponibles et agréables.

Wunderbar

Nach einem super freundlichen Empfang und tollen Einweisung konnten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, Ambiente und Ausstattung. Die Lage ist in den Bergen, allerdings ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren aller Art. Zum Gardasee mit dem Auto sind es 15 Minuten. Wir können das Objekt und die netten Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Magnifique maison, hyper agréable. Nous étions 7 (2 adultes et 5 enfants) et y avons passé un chouette séjour à un prix attractif. Maison très propre et bien aménagée, la propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Tous les ingrédients y sont réunis pour passer un beau séjour !
