Came for the kids, did not have a working TV for the first night. Had to call the maintenance two times, was not fixed. Day two was moved to a different room that was full of marijuana smoke, the girl at the front desk seamed shocked that I had a problem with drugs being in my room. Was finally moved to a drug free room. Was told we would be discounted for one night, never happened. Food was limited, I will share my experience with Shangri-La.

We stayed in May 2024. Resort is very nice and clean; nice pool and hottub area. Full pickleball center and wiffle ball area on property

The property was beautiful. When we opened our curtains the next morning you could see the pool and the lake in the background. So beautiful!! My only thing I would change is adding a place for people to charge their phones that forgot their box and only had their cord. That’s the only thing otherwise it’s perfect
