Publié le 17 oct. 2023 sur HotelsWe had a pleasant stay here. This was a just a one night overnight stay and it did what it said on the tin. The owner of the hotel was most informative. This hotel is almost at the top of the hill and there is some fabulous views.

Not to many guest. Nice and clean. Close to facilities. Staff very helpful nothing was to hard, easy going. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing view, but old and tired building.
Publié le 5 nov. 2019 sur HotelsIt was OK for one night. I wouldn't want to stay any longer. Pool was very small, spa didn't work. View was amazing, but we couldn't keep the door open because there is no screen door to keep out the mozzies and flies. There wasn't a cupboard to hang our clothes either.

Thanks for the review, most people love it here and wish they could stay longer, yes the pool is small, and yes the view from it and all the suites is amazing :) the out side spa is currently out of action but both pool and spa are heated to 27degrees, and you also have a large spa bath inside your suite <3 there are hangers in the siding wardrobe . Building isn't old, built in 1999 and had a freshen up in 2012. No fly screen on the main doors but all 4 of the windows have mosquito screens.

Not a new place but that doesn't matter when you have a lovely open view to the beach and surrounding bush land and nice clean and well maintained facilities. Loved the outdoor BBQ area and pool. All facilities were very clean with plenty of utensils for cooking as you needed to. Very peaceful surroundings.
The room facilities were just right although the bed was a little too firm.The bathroom was very spacious, more than meeting our needs.
I would definitely consider going back to Escape 1770 when planning my next break. Great value for money. Our host(sorry forgot his name) was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
