This hotel doesn't look like the one you see in the above pictures. Hotel staff was very unprofessional. They recently did pest control to the hotel and it smells horrible and suffocating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

ad experience with Hotel booked through Internet

Publié le 8 avr. 2013 sur Expedia
The Hotel was in a non-descript residential area with no own parking as advertised on web. The in-house restaurant was not working and even a taste-less cup of tea, sourced from outside stall was charged at Rs. 25/- All the rooms were empty as against the status shown on the web that only 4 rooms are available. The daily charge of Rs. 900/ was too much for such an accomodation which could have ben easily available for 400-500/- with better amenities.

Fooled by the Pictures of this Hotel

Emplacement : Bad location_located in the village environment
It is pity that i have to even rate this hotel. I booked this hotel for two nights but i checked out just after one night.the rooms are not even near to what is shown in the pictures, expedia should take special measurements to see what vendor is posting is genuine or not. Anyways the rooms were pretty small and smelly, the hotel is situated in the village type environment hard to find, road to reach there is very bad,it is behind the TDI mall and Mc Donalds but dnt get fooled its all village behind this mall.the water comes out of the bathroom into the room while bathing, you will feel that you're almost sitting in the flush while bathing because the bathroom is so small.the locks in the room are useless and beware if you are going with your Gf or wife because they have special staircase outside your room window and the curtains (dnt even ask). Bad experience i wish i cud get my money back.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT STAY HERE

Publié le 8 févr. 2013 sur Expedia
Pour : The feeling of leaving the Hotel Anand was by far my favourite
Contre : It's hard to decide between the dump of a location or the constant rabbid dog fights outside my window
Emplacement : This hotel is literally in the middle of what Western travellers would be inclined to call a rubbish tip fringed by the red light district of Agra...
Look, I understand this hotel is in India and it's in Agra of all places, but it's not fit to stay in. The beds are damp with dirty sheets. The walls are mouldy. The towels are covered in rust. The bathroom is terrifying. The hotel is down a dirty dusty road in the middle of what I'd describe at best as a field and at worst as a rubbish tip. The staff seem nice enough but have no idea how to maintain a hotel to the bare minimum of standard. As i say, i'm aware of the conditions in India but i implore people to stay away from this hotel. A good recommendation would be the hotel daawat, the staff are incredibly friendly, the cost is cheap, the rooms are warm, inviting and comforting and its probably close to the best you'll get in Agra (short of the Novotel, Radisson etc). If it weren't for the Taj Mahal I would sadly not recommend Agra to anyone, but, it is one of the most incredible buildings in the world. Just a shame that some of its majesty hasn't rubbed off on the hotels in the region. Hotel Daawat all the way!!!

The hotel had no information about the reservation, the pic shown in the website is deceiving, hotel staff are localites who dont know how to converse, at the check out day, they would keep calling right from 7 in the morning to chek out, no hospitalty, it gors without saying that the food is horrible and tea and coffee plzz visit nearest CCD. The way to hotel is a pain, not a concrete road.
