We had booked our room on Expedia and paid in full and when we arrived at the property, they told us that they had never gotten paid from Expedia and that We would have to pay out-of-pocket for another room. I asked if they would honor the same price and they said yes, but the room that we had booked did not have air condition And we would have to pay double the price for a room with air condition. We originally booked a room with air condition as per Expedia website. So basically they are running a scam at this hotel saying that they didn’t receive money from Expedia and you have to pay out-of-pocket and they only accept cash so There is no paper trail. So we had to use all of our rupees that we had or not get a room. They tell you that you have to upgrade to a deluxe room to have air condition when you don’t. The upgraded room was air conditioned however the bathroom was not. There was an open screen window and it was so hot that we had to keep the bathroom door closed. There are ants crawling on the floors because of the gap under the door. The spray hose in the bathroom leaks and when you leave your room you have to dead bolt it from the outside and secure it with a padlock!! It’s sad that in such a great location the hotel takes advantage of tourists. Would not recommend hotel sheela!! DON’T STAY HERE!!!

離泰姬瑪哈陵很近,但是住宿狀況不佳!
Publié le 31 janv. 2019 sur Hotels明明就透過訂房網完成訂房,要check in時跟我說找不到我的訂房紀錄,而且還說他們沒有跟hotels.com合作,迫使我要多付一次錢。並且基本房型洗澡沒有熱水,熱水還要他們用燒的!

The check in procedure got off to a strange start as we were accused of not having made a booking. We booked through a travel agent and everything had been confirmed and paid for prior to arrival. We were then shown our room which was a standard double room. The room was clean, however there was no hot water. The room was freezing, and we were given one quilt to sleep under with no additional blankets and no heating system. We were so cold that we were awake the entire night. I do think that you're paying more for the location of the hotel versus the amenities offered. I think it's overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend.

Good very close to the taj mahal only 2 minutes walk
