No complains. Staff that speaks good English n gives excellent travel advices. Hotel itself is a short walk from beautiful Taj Mahal. Room is spacious n cozy. Comfy beds n very decent bathroom. Great breakfast. A small walk towards Taj Mahal in winter’s morning. What's not to love?

Pleasant and memorable stay
Publié le 12 mai 2017 sur HotelsLocation ; safe, convenient, close to everything if you like walking, especially to the Taj Mahal. Personnel; Warm, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Bedrooms ; So clean and well maintained.

Publié le 12 févr. 2017 sur HotelsOn a de l'eau chaude et l'hotel est bien place (juste a cote de la vente des tickets du Taj et 15 min a pied du Taj)MAIS les photos ne sont en aucun cas conforme a la realite, l'hotel est mal entretenu et on dort dans des draps sales.
Internet fonctionne bien.

Amazing service and very charming staff

Pour : Nothing is worth saying, only thing is that Hotel is nearer to TajMahal.
Contre : Nothing is upto the mark. They have to improve all around to fulfill the minimum requirement of a hotel of such price.
Emplacement : TajMahal is very nearer to the hotel.
First of all you are misleading about the hotel quality. The Hotel condition is horrible. Ice comes out of the Air conditioner. Not a single piece of furniture available in the room except the bed; no wardrobe, No chair. Even they are not providing drinking water in the room. R.O water is given after several reminder. Hotel stuffs are useless. They don't know how to talk to the guest.
I had the worse experience staying in this hotel. I am curious how the Expedia is recommending this hotel. Totally cheating.
I advise all not to book this hotel at any cost. I also request Expedia to visit the hotel to check the minimum facilities available with the hotel before shortlisting it on the website.
