Très belle hôtel avec une superbe vue!! Mais c’est assez surprenant la différence entre l’hôtel et l’environnement… cependant je vous le recommande sans hésiter!

Très bon hôtel

Séjour agréable.

The hotel was in a good location and close to Taj Mahal & Agra fort Entry Gates.
The staff were courteous and respectful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But there were a few issues. The room card did not open our room twice and had to go to the front desk to get that fixed. The A/C units were making a lot of noise in both of the rooms, had to shutdown my room A/C so that I could sleep. The hair dryer in both rooms were not blowing hot air in both the rooms. The housekeeping guy was able to fix one but the other needed maintenance guy but I did not have time to get that fixed since I was vacating the room anyway. The sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly and the drain plug was broken. The toilet cover was broken in one of the rooms and needs to be fixed. I did not get the vibe that this was a 5 star hotel and expected much better experience.
