The restaurant and the staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet and overall Food quality was fairly good. internet was almost never available and complaining about it did not help.

Publié le 2 oct. 2016 sur HotelsNeeds upgrade. Difficult front desk man. Offered us dodgy incorrect exchange rate. Said he had no cash when we wanted to break down our currency but then changed his mind when challenged by charming front desk lady.

Filthy room and Mouldy Fridge

Pour : Two bathrooms in Family Suites.
Contre : Room cleanliness and Staff attitudes. Very rude.
Emplacement : Travelled with a driver, so never walked nearby. Seemed like a reasonable location for a quick look around Agra.
Part of our Golden Triangle trip. Thankfully only stayed for night, but was never offered a refund for the night we had pre-paid.
Filthy room with food by the headboard, mosquitoes and a smelly mouldy fridge.
We left our room to go for breakfast before checking out and then realised we had left our Multiplug in the room after leaving. Contacted the hotel, and they denied all knowledge. Strange how someone has 40min to 'check the room' but can't find it???

Overall stay was fine but as there is no hot water available in thebathrooms whole trip was spoilt. We request to manager to rectify it but to no avail. Terrible stay

Publié le 5 oct. 2015 sur Expediaホテルのサイトで見たイメージとはギャップがかなり有る。とてもエグゼクティブルームとは呼べない。冷蔵庫はカビだらけ、バスタブなし、シャワーはお湯が出ない、ぬるま湯が出たがすぐ水になった。朝食は並み。くつろごうと決めたが、ノーグッド。多少高い金額を出しても良いから次回からは違うホテルにするつもり。
