I was most concerned to receive your feedback, and I apologize profusely for the disappointment you felt. We could not provide you with a relaxing stay due to the ongoing renovation noise.
It has always been our endeavour to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay with us. In your case we clearly failed to do so. We do recognise that at times we make mistakes - it is important that we learn from these mistakes in order to continuously improve.

Un hotel qui mérite absolument que l'on s'y arrête
Publié le 2 oct. 2017 sur HotelsLa visite du Taj Mahal ne peut que laisser un souvenir impérissable mais le séjour a l'Oberoi d'Agra est dans ce cas une nécessité, meme si le prix des prestations peut faire hésiter. Il faut si possible prendre une chambre avec terrasse une chambre donnant sur le Taj Mahal. Le service dans tous ses aspects est excellent, de meme que le guide particulier fourni par l'hotel et qui nous a accompagne tout au long de la visite.

The hotel concierge is pleased to assist all guests for booking train tickets, car, guides etc for our guests, which require to be booked a day before the planned visit. Great care was taken in designing the hotel to ensure all the rooms offer an uninterrupted view of the monument.

Pour : Luxurious amenities, very professional staff, best view of the Taj Mahal. I liked everything.
Contre : None.
Emplacement : Next to Taj Mahal. Cannot be better.
Very nice hotel, both inside and outside. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet and restaurant are very nice. Very much appreciated transport service and shuttle to Taj Mahal.

Publié le 14 août 2013 sur HotelsBonne impression globale hotel bien place à 2 pas du taj mahal avec voiture de golf pour nous y conduire et vente de ticket pour les visites chez le concierge service piscine avec serviette rafraîchissantes crème soleil et spray raffraichissant a la rose dans un très joli cadre neanmoins le service et le charme déclaré hotel sont en deçà des taj hôtels anciennes résidences de maharadja donc super si cet hotel les précède et bien si c est votre dernière étape mais sûrement le meilleur d Agra
