Horrible Disgusting
Publié le 29 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaDon't ever get attaracted by online images. Hotel rooms are far away from the images posted on website.
When I checked in at 12:30 PM on 27 Jan 18 Rooms were not ready I requested to get it done but even when I re-entered in evening it again in a bad state.
#1Torn Bedsheet.
#2Bad smelling matress as if someone vomitted.
#3Hotel images show Tea Coffee maker but in actual nothing in room. After requesting it housekeeping gave me tea bag but no milk. Hilarious Black Tea for Indians.
#4 Rusty toilet accessories.
#5 TV not working.
#6 No soap, shampoo and conditioner in toilet.
#7 No phone in room.
This hotel should learn from budget hotel chain like Options that guest expect this all.
Very Bad experience.
The budget of this hotel should not be more than Indian 1000 bucks.

Pour : Price
Contre : Washroom cleanliness !!
I'm not too picky but the washroom was so dirty and the floor tiles were wet. Toiletries were absent and the garbage an was not even emptied. The room was okey and the staff were nice though.

To the point review - the rigel agra
Publié le 30 oct. 2015 sur Expedia1.location - not an easy one to tell to the local autos / cabs as mentioned in their website (you have to ask for rajpur chungi area instead of shamshabad road gol market)
2.rooms - not so good, small and not neat and big rooms required more amount which can b felt little costly, there is no fridge and toiletry kit provided.
3. Service - staff service is slow.
4. Food - costly and not worth a dime.
5 WiFi - not working at all.
6. Other services - they are not provideing complementary water bottles to the Indian guests.

Dirty hotel with bad services
Publié le 30 janv. 2015 sur HotelsDirty hotel with bad services. Dirty sheets, towels and bathroom. For the breakfast you have to wait for someone to come and bring some food but there is no one. No recommended.

Mixed feelings
Publié le 17 sept. 2014 sur ExpediaReal mixed feeling about this hotel. When we were shown our room we saw that the bedding was really dirty, we were moved to a different room only to discover the same problem. The third room we saw had the same thing but we asked for new sheets and they were ok. The staff were all fine, apart from the manager who seemed to be annoyed at the disturbance.
Room service was an interesting affair as well. Our first morning we ordered a tea, coffee and toast. Which took 40 minutes to arrive, the toast had gotten cold by the time it was brought down. Similar story with ordering two sandwhiches, waited half an hour and then went to reception to chase it up, I got the impression that no one had put the order through.
Although not a major problem, the internet had permanent issues. We asked for the wifi to be re set, and whether that just didn't work or the staff didn't do anything it rarely worked, which was frustrating when arranging future travels.
A strange thing with the bathrooms was a panel of the wall being a shared partition wall with the next rooms bathroom, so all manner of lovely noises were overheard.
The lady on reception was very nice and helpful, as was the older male manager. It was a lovely new building though, the rooms where so comfy and modern. Location was pretty good too, with all the attractions fairly close by.

Great location to get to places

Pour : The willingness to try to help
Contre : Less Staff with more experience how to run a hotel
Emplacement : Taj Mahal, Sadar Bazzar
However, the experience i had was not very nice. While the staff were very friendly there was too many staff so a lot of things went wrong.
