Excellent but not 3 bedrooms
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home. The home was very clean and has a shower and a faucet to rinse sand off. It had all the amenities of any property we’ve rented. Please note, the property is not a 3 bedroom property. It has 2 private bedrooms and then a futon in the living room. We stayed 5 nights and had a great trip.

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect place for our family trip! Short/easy drive to Rincon with plenty of options to eat and drink. The kids were able to play on the beach right out the back gate. Great communication with the owners, who acted quickly to replace one of the A/C units that failed. Awesome bakery in walking distance to get breakfast sandwiches and other food. This is our second trip to the west part of the island and we would definitely return.

Air conditioner in my and my wife’s bedroom went out twice which I realize is not the hosts fault. Things happen and we were able to work around it. I would recommend this location.

Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe can’t say enough about Villa Paz and our host Marisol. She was at the property to meet us and was so full of ideas and recommendations for our stay. The property is Literally on the beach and was so peaceful. This was our first time on the west coast of PR, and as they say, West is truly the Best!

The pictures should be updated it’s not what it looks in the pictures it’s way cooler. it feels like your on an old ship or something very cool experience with the doors wide open on the beach
